Refund Policy:
At Mr. Naturalistic, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy (from the date of receipt of your order).

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status and we will process your refund within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@mrnaturalistic.com with your order number.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You may be asked to provide a picture of a damaged product/packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at support@mrnaturalistic.com with your order number in the subject line. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with shipping details and instructions. Please note we will cover return shipping costs in case of defective or damaged products.

Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue promptly and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Bulk orders (more than 5 units of the same item)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
